Shahrzad is a proud mother to a highly successful and confident young woman studying psychology at York University while also working as personal trainer and nutritionist. Shahrzad’s educational background is in informatics and computers having used her diverse and unique set of skills over the past twenty years to help businesses in aesthetics and fitness thrive to new levels.
Shahrzad has been a personal trainer in three different countries over two continents and is a true belieber of positive language and encouragement in all her endeavours. She has used these to help clients of all ages transform their body and overall health to new levels over the past fifteen years. She is now poised to provide a healthy growth environment for younger children by adding her twenty-one years of motherhood experience to the task.
